Square Neck with Spider Bridge for Lap Style playing

Left is a square neck
lap style guitar
with a spider bridge
cone for the blues
or bluegrass
player who needs
volume, sustain and
a very strong bass.
Constructed totally
of a special aluminium
alloy this guitar has
a hollow neck
integral with the body;
aluminium frets are
inlaid flush into an
ebony fret board and
bound with aluminium.
The headstock has the
Gadgie logo cut out
as extra sound holes.

Right is a cut away
guitar, a favourite
with all blues,
ragtime and general
guitarists which can
be played finger
style or bottleneck
in both standard
or open tunings.
Attention to detail
has been applied
to intonation and
musicality.The body
is constructed of
special aluminium,
has a biscuit bridge
cone, mahogany
neck with ebony
fret board bound
in aluminium with
pearl dots inlaid
and either ebony
or rosewood veneer
on headstock.

Cut Away Biscuit Bridge with Round Neck
Full Bodied Biscuit Bridge with Round Neck

Left is a full bodied
biscuit bridge round
neck guitar, built to
the same high
standard as the
above guitar but
with even more
bass. Once again
attention to detail
with regard to
intonation and
musicality is
paramount. This
instrument is loved
by slide and finger
style blues players;
even jazz, django and
folk style guitarists
appreciate its qualities
and beautiful
proportions.

Right is an out and
out lap style blues
guitar with biscuit
bridge cone. The
volume and sustain
is incredible. Doug
Cox, who has one
of these guitars,
says it sounds like
two guitars in one.
It has the same
aluminium body as
the above with an
aluminium square
neck, inlaid flush
with aluminium frets
on an ebony fret board
bound in aluminium.
This particular guitar
has back and sides in
Harley Davidson purple,
looks gorgeous and
sounds truly amazing -
a guitar with attitude.

Square Neck Biscuit Bridge for that full Bluesy Sound

All Gadgie guitars have polished aluminium edges that
appear to be bindings - not only are these ornamental
they also save accidental damage.
